ICA operates exclusively in institutional private markets. Its partners bring a collective track record across fundraising, manager selection, institutional investor engagement and private markets investing spanning more than two decades.

The firm's distribution strategy is designed to provide fund managers with effective, relationship-driven access to institutional capital — enabling meaningful asset growth and deeper, longer-term investor relationships across the DACH+ region.
ICA's advisory approach is grounded in long-standing institutional relationships, deep familiarity with the regulatory and investment frameworks governing DACH institutional investors, and direct experience as both a placement advisor and a principal investor in private markets.
ICA is headquartered in Otterfing, within the Munich metropolitan area, providing direct access to Germany's principal financial centre while operating from a focused, owner-managed environment. The Munich area sits at the centre of the firm's primary institutional market.
ICA is a senior-led firm. Every mandate is managed directly by the principals. The team combines backgrounds in investment banking, institutional asset management, private markets fund management and insurance investment, with direct experience on both the fund manager and institutional investor side.
